So the kiddos did a Horse Camp a few weeks ago and LOVED IT!!! Yes it was hot but there were only 2 other campers and they had great one on one time with the horses. They learned to trot, lope, saddle the horses up, clean stalls and have a great start on their horseman days. So much so that they’ve convinced us to do lessons in the fall. They know it’s my dream to remodel our kitchen but they’ve all decided that the kitchen can wait---we need horses! Silly kiddos! But I am gad that they love it!!!
One of the things they saw was the horses getting new “shoes”. They cut their “toe nails” and Briggs was so excited about it that he asked if he could bring it home. Oh goody! I won’t tell you what it smelled like because I’m pretty sure you can guess. 
the cutest thing was that as soon as we got home he put it into a gift bag, with tissue and everything, and went to sit in the garage and wait for Chuck to get home. He brought it home as a gift for Chuck! So sweet. Photos below….
They had a “show” on the last day and I took lots of photos…unfortunately, Sadie was sick so she wasn’t there for all the pics. They got ribbons and everything!! So fun! Thanks to Mandy for being a GREAT trainer…can’t wait to start lessons in the Fall!
